O tempo aqui está frio para o Chile. Tem chovido domingo e segunda-feira ea temperatura estava em baixa 40. Hoje é dia claro e ensolarado e quente o suficiente para ficar sem um agasalho! Obrigado, Senhor, para o fornecimento da chuva e agora o sol.
As aulas começaram ontem, com 36 alunos matriculados, e hoje temos cerca de 45. Eles são uma grande classe, prontos e dispostos a ouvir e aprender. Os alunos aqui do Exército, Marinha, Força Aérea, Polícia, Guardas Prisionais e Investigadores. Alguns são pastores, mas a maioria são militares ou aposentados que estão actualmente a fazer o trabalho de um capelão e agradecida por esta classe. Obrigado, Senhor, para os estudantes que você enviou!
visitas de cortesia foram planejadas ontem com o Exército. Toda a equipe foi salvo Bob e Jukam Don, que abrangeu o ensino. Hoje Don e Bob se juntou à equipe para ir para a Base Naval e conhecer o almirante responsável. Desde que é de 2 horas a partir daqui, deixaram em 1130 e não vai estar de volta, pelo menos até 1800. Omar ficou para trás hoje e ele era o instrutor para o resto do dia. Agradecemos ao Senhor por Internacionais sobre a equipe que pode assumir e trabalhar sem um intérprete!
Lamentamos que não tenham entrado em contato antes, mas as conexões sem fio foram para baixo, tanto na Força Aérea Hotel (onde estamos hospedados) e no local da sala de aula. Hoje temos sido dada uma hora em uma porta USB de banda larga e compartilhá-lo entre nós. Agradeça ao Senhor por banda larga!
Por favor, mantenha todos nós, na oração que o Senhor irá usar essa classe para a Sua glória e tornar-se verdadeiramente conhecido em todo o ensino. Obrigado Senhor por ser o nosso Deus!

PTL! Everyone on the team arrived safely and with all of their luggage! We thank the Lord for His grace and mercy in all things big and small.
Weather here is cold for Chile. It has been raining Sunday and Monday and the temperature was in the low 40’s. Today is bright and sunny and warm enough to be without a sweater! Thank you Lord for supplying the rain and now the sun.
Classes started yesterday with 36 registered students and today we have about 45. They are a great class, ready and willing to listen and learn. Students are here from Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, Prison Keepers and Investigators. Some are Pastors, but most are military/retired who are currently doing the work of a Chaplain and thankful for this class. Thank you Lord for the students you have sent!
Courtesy visits were planned yesterday with the Army. All of the team went except Bob and Don Jukam who covered the teaching. Today Don and Bob joined the team to go to the Naval Base and meet the Admiral in charge. Since that is 2 hours from here, they left at 1130 and won’t be back until at least 1800. Omar stayed behind today and he was the instructor for the rest of the day. We thank the Lord for Internationals on the team who can take over and work without an interpreter!
We are sorry that we have not been in touch before, but wireless connections have been down in both the Air Force Hotel (where we are staying) and at the classroom site. Today we have been given 1 hour on a broadband USB and are sharing it amongst ourselves. Thank the Lord for broadband!
Please keep all of us in prayer that the Lord will use this class for His glory and make Himself truly known in all of the teaching. Thank you Lord for being our God!
